Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
• Exchanges: If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
How to Return an Item:
1. Initiate a Return: Email us at pfaugolf@iu.edu with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship Your Return: We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Shipping
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: We ship to physical addresses within the U.S. and does not ship to PO Boxes.
International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Pfau Course Online Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you your order is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or email us at pfaugolf.iu.edu. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
